  • Banana

Pour in semolina flour in a steady stream, whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Place saucepan back over medium heat; continuously whisks until porridge comes to a boil, about 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and cover; cook until porridge thickens, about 20 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in sugar. Before serving the Semolina Porridge you can also 1 tablespoon of ghee in the porridge. This Semolina Porridge helps your baby to gain weight with high nutritional value.

  • Curd

Some pediatricians also recommend yogurt as a great first food (from 6 months+). Yogurt is an excellent choice for one of your baby’s early foods because it contains such nutrients as calcium, protein, and vitamins. Selecting a Whole Milk Yogurt is the most beneficial to your infant as babies need fats in their diets for proper growth.

You can serve Curd alone or with mix the curd with rice.

Note: Avoid curd at night.

  • Eggs

Eggs whiten part are one of the big allergy-triggering foods, so you should avoid giving them to your baby until 12 months, though you can try giving egg yolks to your baby at around 9 months. Eggs help in maintaining weight gain.

You can add a pinch of cumin powder to boiled egg yolks or you can add little water to make the smooth paste for your baby to feed them.
